Digital Detox Day

For six hours today, I disconnected from all screens. At first, I didn’t know how to fill the time—I instinctively reached for my phone multiple times. But as the hours passed, I started enjoying the quiet. I reorganized my bookshelf, cooked a new recipe, and even took a walk. I noticed details I usually miss, like the sound of birds and the rhythm of my thoughts. It reminded me how refreshing life can be when we’re fully present.
