  Cooking a New Recipe

Today, I stepped out of my culinary comfort zone and tried making a sweet and sour chicken. The process involved chopping fresh ingredients, balancing flavors, and adjusting seasoning as I went. Although it didn’t turn out perfect, it tasted satisfying, and I felt accomplished. Cooking reminded me of the joy of experimenting without fear of failure.
